Justin holds a degree in Economics and Psychology from The Ohio State University. Prior to joining McLerran & Associates, Justin spent 10 years as one of the top producers for the nation’s largest dental lender and co-founded Dentagraphics, the largest dental demographics firm in the country.

Justin’s extensive experience in business development, finance/banking, and practice transitions provides him the perspective and skillset necessary to serve as a valuable resource for our clients throughout the transition process. Justin currently resides in San Diego with his wife, Ciara. In his free time, he can be found exploring the great outdoors, hiking alongside his two canine companions, Rigsby and Rosie.
