Doctor–Associate Harmony: What Really Builds Trust, Loyalty, and Growth- Why the Strongest Practices are Built on Trust—not Contracts
Doctor–associate harmony isn’t created by contracts, compensation, or clinical skill—it’s created by trust. In this fast-moving, experience-driven session, Dr. Rasner exposes the overlooked factors that quietly determine whether associates stay, grow, and truly align with a practice’s vision. Expect practical insights, surprising truths, and takeaways you can apply immediately to build loyalty, increase case acceptance, and create partnerships that actually work.
Key Learning Objectives:
1. Identify the most overlooked—and most cost- effective—investment in associate development, under $1,500, that consistently outperforms high-ticket clinical CE in long-term impact. To Understand why this investment creates alignment, growth, and shared purpose for both owners and associates. Win – win.
2. Understand how the deliberate transfer of trust through learning to read the emotional “temperature of the room”—has a greater influence on associate success and case acceptance
than clinical expertise alone. To Recognize why trust - once established - becomes the foundation for long term relationship-based practice and increased case acceptance.
3. Shifting associate engagement from an employee mindset to a partner mindset. Applying simple, joint community-based initiatives—such as shared lunch-and-learns or outreach efforts that transform the doctor–associate relationship from transactional to collaborative.
