The Amazing Dr. Ashley Dawson!
When Dr. Ashley Dawson first stepped into Super Dentist Boost Camp in 2018, she wasn’t exactly sure what her path would look like. What she did bring with her was a clear vision, determination, and a genuine eagerness to learn, connect, and grow in a profession she was still discovering.
Once a camper with a dream, Ashley understood how important it is to support others who share that same passion and drive but may not yet have the connections or resources. She stepped into the role of mentor in other campers’ journeys, living Boost’s mantra, “Find a mentor, be a mentor,” in real time.
Fast forward to 2026, and that same determination has grown into a thriving dental practice, national recognition, and now a return to Boost Camp ,this time as a star panelist. This is what Boost is all about: connection, growth, and grit.

Dr. Ashley Dawson is the owner and lead dentist of Dawson Modern Dentistry in the Charlotte, North Carolina area. A proud alum of the original Dental Nachos Boost Camp, Dr. Dawson built her practice from the ground up and has navigated the real-world challenges of startup ownership, growth, systems, and profitability.
She is passionate about relationship-based dentistry, leveraging technology, and creating a five-star patient experience while building a strong, values-driven team. Dr. Dawson enjoys sharing practical, transparent insights on practice ownership, leadership, and scaling with intention—and is excited to give back to the Dental Nachos community that helped shape her journey.
